Our step-by-step
hiring process
1. You apply
Submit your application
through Lever.
2. Resume review
Our Talent Team carefully reviews your resume to not only match your skills with our openings but also to discover the unique attributes that make you stand out.
3. Initial screening
If your resume stands out, we’ll reach out for an initial phone or video interview to get to know you better and answer any questions you may have.
4. Secondary interview rounds
Connect with the hiring manager and other team members to dive deeper into the role and showcase your talents.
5. Assessment
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a presentation or a project to apply your abilities.
6. Final interview
Meet with senior leadership or key stakeholders for a final discussion.
7. Offer
If you’re the right fit, we’ll extend a job offer and go over the benefits and details that come with it.
8. Onboarding
Congratulations, you’re an A-Player! We’ll guide you through our onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your first day.
