Want to retain top talent during a salary freeze? According to data from the 2022 State of Recognition Report from Achievers Workforce Institute, weekly recognition drives higher engagement, advocacy, commitment, enthusiasm, and productivity compared to a fair salary.

The opposite is also true — those never recognized had significantly worse scores in these key areas than those who said their salary is not fair.
