Renad Jarzynski brings over a decade of comprehensive experience in Human Resources and Employee Experience to Zurich North America Insurance. Renad was the Strategic Assistant for the LEED certified Zurich North America Headquarters effort. This included the design, development, technology and change management which drove the workplace of the future for the organization. In her current role, she has successfully designed and implemented innovative strategies that have significantly improved employee engagement. She has also broadened her impact, serving as the project manager to drive managerial excellence at ZNA.
Brie Harvey
Head of Market Research and Community, Achievers
Brie Harvey is a digital strategist and thought leader with over a decade of experience in the HR technology space. Prior to joining Achievers to spearhead their global training and enablement strategy in 2015, she worked in talent acquisition, operations and talent management for one of the fastest growing staffing agencies in North America. In her current role Brie partners with Achievers Workforce Institute to examine workplace trends and how motivational science can be leveraged by organizations to cultivate an employee experience that results in enhanced engagement, belonging and performance.
Matthew Tremmaglia

Matt Tremmaglia leads the Customer Success and Professional Services teams at Achievers. Matt focuses on creating high value outcomes for all organizations who leverage the Achievers platform. With over 20 years of experience working with companies of all sizes and backgrounds, Matt leverages behavioral data, proven best practices, and real-life examples from hundreds of global organizations to build stronger workforces that see higher levels of belonging and connection. Matt is known for pushing the boundaries on what an organization can learn from their employee data; examples include how to identify top talent early, how to structure employee strategies that are both global and locally relevant at the same time, and how to recognize the whole employee such that they feel welcomed, known, and connected within their organization.

Krista is an Employee Recognition Manager at Air Canada, and has worked in various sectors of the aviation industry since 2010. Krista is an avid reader, and delights in topics of business leadership, psychology, and how to create a thriving corporate culture. With over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Jose Halupa has developed a strategic and innovative approach to leadership. As the Executive Director of National Operations at Cineplex Entertainment, Jose oversees the coast-to-coast execution of operational and food & beverage programs. He has integrated support programs for Exhibition and Location-Based Entertainment businesses, fostering accountability and transparency through an internal self-audit program.
