Scott Landers joins Achievers with over 25 years of leadership experience in the software industry. Over the course of his career, Landers has demonstrated a strong track record of transformative leadership. Most recently, he served as Chair and CEO of Harver, a market-leading volume hiring software solution where he spearheaded the integration of key acquisitions and execution of the company’s post-pandemic strategy. Landers previously spent over a decade at Monotype, first as CFO and subsequently as EVP and COO of the then-publicly listed company, before taking over as President and CEO. He led Monotype to grow significantly at scale, starting with the launch of the company’s first SaaS offering and continuing through its complete transformation into an enterprise SaaS business. Earlier in his career, Landers held executive roles at MapInfo and Pitney Bowes.
As the Chief Marketing Officer at Achievers, Chris is responsible for leveraging insights to build awareness, preference, and demand for the Achievers platform. Joining Achievers in early 2022, Chris brings over 25 years of experience leading global teams at companies such as Intuit and Hewlett Packard in sales, operations, customer support, customer success, and marketing. He has a passion for growing and developing people and businesses. This passion led him to Achievers, combining the opportunity to market and grow the Achievers’ Employee Experience Platform™ with its mission “to change the way the world works.” Chris is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and has developed his own coaching practice, Lightstation Coaching. As both a coach and business leader, he champions developing people, empowering diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB), promoting physical and mental wellness, and fostering a culture of innovation. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Bishop’s University.
As the Chief Technology Officer at Achievers, Anu is responsible for leading the company’s product strategy and execution. She is customer obsessed and has 25+ years of experience building scalable, high performant software systems that have been deployed at enterprises worldwide. She is most proud of her roots as an engineer and building/leading world class teams that have brought innovative solutions to market. Prior to Achievers, Anu has held leadership roles at CloudCheckr, NetApp, Consumer Edge, Veracode and Carbon Black. Anu has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of New Hampshire, Durham and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College.
As the Chief Revenue Officer at Achievers, Bob is on a mission to fuel our revenue growth to unprecedented levels. Bob believes the foundation for scalable growth comes through inspired and disciplined teams that customers not only respect but love to work with. Joining Achievers in early 2025, Bob brings over 25 years of experience leading global teams at companies such as Salesforce, SmartRecruiters, Jigsaw, and Magnit in sales, revenue operations, sales development, alliances, customer success, and solution consulting. He has a passion for growing businesses within the HRTech sector and mentoring the people within them. This passion led him to Achievers, given its past, present, and future opportunity “to change the way the world works.” Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Purdue University and while he spent much of his childhood in Indiana, he only considers himself to be a Boilermaker. Boiler Up!
As the Chief Operations Officer at Achievers, Kristian leads all post-sales functions, ensuring customers receive exceptional experiences and long-term value. This includes Customer Success & Account Management, end-user support (contact centers, technical support, and fraud), Professional Services & Implementation, and the Global Rewards Marketplace (eCommerce experience, supply chain, and fulfillment to over 190 countries globally). His focus is on delivering for customers, building a world-class team, and driving customer retention and growth. Since joining Achievers in 2011, Kristian has held leadership roles including Director of Customer Success, Senior Director of Revenue Operations, and Chief Transformation Officer. He began his career in HR with Grant Thornton, Vale Inco, and the Rotman School of Management before joining Achievers to support its mission of Changing the Way the World Works. Kristian holds a degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College.
As the Chief Financial Officer, Larry is responsible for leading the Achievers finance organization and all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury. His focus is on growth acceleration, operational efficiency, and creating high-functioning finance teams and systems. Larry has over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of finance leadership roles with global technology companies including Symantec and NetApp. He was most recently CFO at [24]7.ai, an enterprise customer experience SaaS company. He believes strongly in the critical link between culture and organizational success and is thrilled to contribute to the mission of fostering exceptional cultures through employee engagement, recognition, and rewards.
Hannah is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience consulting global organizations on talent strategies, operational excellence, and cultural transformations. As CHRO at Achievers, Hannah infuses her deep expertise in organizational behavior to empower employee and organizational success. With her passion for the intersection of people and business, Hannah is keen to make the world a better place through irresistible employee experiences and leading-edge people and product development.
