Achievers to Host Sixth Annual Employee Engagement Conference: “Achievers Customer Experience” 2015

TORONTO - November 2, 2015

Event focused on employee success will include keynote presentations from ABC News Correspondent Dan Harris and New York Times best-selling author Marcus Buckingham

Achievers, a Blackhawk Network company and a leading provider of employee recognition and rewards solutions designed to help companies increase employee engagement, will kick off its sixth annual Achievers Customer Experience (ACE) 2015 today. ACE is a leading employee engagement conference that will take place on November 2–3 at the InterContinental Hotel in downtown San Francisco.

ACE will provide attendees with two days of best-practice sharing and hands-on training, and will introduce new innovations intended to help recruit, retain and inspire great workplaces. More than 400 HR executives, industry analysts and other guests focused on employee success in the modern workplace are expected to attend. Keynote speakers include ABC News Correspondent Dan Harris and Marcus Buckingham, a New York Times best-selling author, researcher, motivational speaker and business consultant.

“Our recent Greatness Report found that of those surveyed barely half the workforce is happy at work, much less set up for success, and yet we know that happiness at work is strongly linked with productivity and performance,” said David Brennan, general manager of Achievers. “Companies realize that recognizing the value of their employees is key to unlocking high growth, and ACE brings together today’s thought-leaders and our valued customers to share best practices and new insights on how to drive employee success.”

With over 18 breakout sessions, ACE will provide education for professionals in various stages of their careers. Participants can choose from three tracks that can help shift perspective and deepen understanding of employee leadership, engagement and success. The three tracks are:
• “ASPIRE to Greatness” – will include presentations from industry-specific leaders as they offer advice to motivate and inspire employees.
• “ACHIEVE Brilliance” – will focus on tools and strategies some Achievers customers use to elevate their employee engagement programs and build upon their businesses.
• “ACCELERATE Your Program” – will let attendees review and learn about the Achievers platform to help reach and drive value through employee success.

Attendees can participate in interactive sessions, hands-on training with the latest technology, live demos and networking opportunities with hundreds of employee success advocates. ACE attendees will have the opportunity to see latest innovations in employee engagement and recognition software and learn how to effectively drive higher levels of engagement for their companies. Additionally, HR executives are now able to earn up to 10.75 General HRCI recertification credits toward human resources certifications at ACE.
