Bill Benjamin, partner at the Institute for Health and Human Potential, will deliver a session on the “Science of Emotional Intelligence” at ACE 2019, where he will explore these workforce trends and what it means for you and your organization. Bill will also share insights about how the emotional brain responds under pressure and will teach strategies that you can put into practice right away to be your best, especially when there is tension, pressure and conflict. Bill has degrees in Mathematics and Computer science and is genuine about his early struggles as a leader. He will share how he transformed his perspective to leverage Emotional Intelligence and become a better leader, and more importantly, a better husband and father!
