Mélanie Simon

Mélanie Simon has been with Kruger since 2011 and is currently responsible for talent development for the packaging and pulp and paper divisions. A member of the Ordre des Conseillers en ressources humaines du Québec and a graduate of Université de Montréal in sociology and industrial relations, she has worked for over 20 years as an HR generalist, mainly in the manufacturing sector.
