Shalini Duggal serves as Chief People and Culture Officer at Achievers, where she is responsible for developing and guiding the Achievers talent management strategy as well as articulating the organization’s strategy for acquiring, rewarding, developing and retaining the best talent. Shalini brings 15+ years of human resources experience to the CPCO role. Previously, she served as VP of Human Resources for Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). Prior to her work at OTN, Shalini spent over eight years as the VP of Human Resources at SCM Insurance Services where she transformed an administration-based HR function to adopt a people-first mindset. At Achievers, she oversees all aspects of HR management, facilities, internal employee communication including technology implementation that balances automation with the human connection, talent recruitment and company culture.
