Brie Harvey is a digital strategist and thought leader with over a decade of experience in the HR technology space. Prior to joining Achievers to spearhead their global training and enablement strategy in 2015, she worked in talent acquisition, operations and talent management for one of the fastest growing staffing agencies in North America.
In her current role Brie partners with Achievers Workforce Institute to examine workplace trends and how motivational science can be leveraged by organizations to cultivate an employee experience that results in enhanced engagement, belonging and performance.
Caitlin Nobes started her career in journalism and is still passionate about bringing the right information to the right people at the right time. As Head of Workforce Research, Caitlin oversees Achievers Workforce Institute’s primary research program, investigating changing expectations and challenges to bring actionable best practices to HR and business leaders.
Caitlin has a BA in Psychology and a post-graduate diploma in journalism and has spent the last decade of her career researching and writing for HR professionals. She grew up in New Zealand but has lived in Toronto since 2011.
