As CHRO at Achievers, Hannah infuses her deep understanding of organizational behavior to empower employee and organizational success. With her passion for the intersection of people and business, Hannah is keen to make the world a better place through irresistible employee experiences and leading-edge people and product development. Her dedication is furthered by service on the board of directors for organizations focused on community-building.
Natalie Baumgartner has spent her career translating culture and engagement research into solutions that help organizations achieve high performance. She has a long history of serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, investors, founders, and boards of directors – across industries and around the globe. Natalie's expertise in strength-based psychology and workplace belonging informs her keen ability to understand and elevate the unique makeup of each organization and executive, helping to realize potential efficiently and effectively.
Natalie serves as Partner and Chief Research Officer at Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA). Prior to her current role, Natalie most recently served as Chief Workforce Scientist and founder of the Workforce Institute at Achievers - CLA’s strategic partner and a global leader in employee experience solutions. In addition, Natalie co-founded RoundPegg, a SaaS based Culture Measurement and Management platform, subsequently acquired by Achievers. Natalie graduated from UCLA and the University of Denver with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Strength-Based Psychology, and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Natalie serves on multiple boards and as an advisor to a wide variety of organizations. She is a regular contributor to Forbes and Harvard Business Review, among other press outlets, and is a popular speaker–engaging audiences on topics related to culture and the employee experience, including a TED talk on the importance of culture fit.
