Yee Deng has over twenty-six years of experience in human capital excellence, working in various locations across Asia Pacific and the Americas. Through her career, she has built in-depth expertise in optimizing performance of teams and organisations – during periods of renewal and change, as well as phases of consolidation and stability.
As the CHRO of PwC Singapore, Yee Deng has led the HR transformation journey, from people analytics dashboards for data-driven decision making, through to launching the people value proposition. Prior to PwC, Yee Deng served in HR leadership roles at the National University of Singapore as well as at BMC Software.

Ramcess is an attorney and HR/Labor Relations professional. He has over 20 years’ experience as a change agent and delivers human capital and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) solutions in media, tech and biopharma.
He is the Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Pfizer. He is responsible for developing and leading the execution of Pfizer’s global, enterprise-wide strategies to transform the company’s DEI agenda. He oversees the teams responsible for executing Pfizer’s Global DEI programs and initiatives across the enterprise. His priorities include but are not limited to creating the strategy, infrastructure and programs to make sure Pfizer’s internal talent pool resembles the society and patients that Pfizer serves.
Stacie Holt-Eley
Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Fresenius Medical Care
Stacie Holt-Eley (she/her/hers) is the Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Fresenius Medical Care North America. She joined Fresenius in 2019 as an Education Project Manager in the Medical Information and Education department in the Global Medical Office and was advanced to Sr. Education Project Manager in 2021.
She was awarded the RTG Award of Excellence in 2020. As Manager, DEI Programs, she will support the advancement of Fresenius Medical Care’s DEI strategy by managing the employee resource groups and supporting their leaders while developing and launching a sustainable framework for ongoing ERG management and supporting other DEI programs as they are developed.
Emma Harvie
Senior Manager of Customer Success, Achievers
Emma heads the Client Services team at Achievers APAC. She develops long-term partnerships with enterprise clients and provides support to ensure each client realises the full potential and benefit of their Employee Success programs through program adoption, engagement, recognition, leader performance and values. Since 2019, Emma has had the opportunity to lead and develop fantastic teams focused on a world-class customer experience and has partnered with many diverse organisations who share her passion for creating a work environment committed to employee recognition as a key driver of business success.
