Natalie has spent her career advising companies of all sizes, from entrepreneurial startups to Fortune 500 firms, on issues related to company culture. Specifically tackling key hire assessment and portfolio due diligence issues, she’s found success analyzing what most overlook – the human element. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specific focus on assessment and additional training in strength-based psychology.
Kumari L. Williams is the Vice President of Belonging and Diversity at Workday, a cloud-based software company specializing in applications for financial management, enterprise resource planning, and human capital management. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, she started her current position in 2021.
Kumari's job responsibilities involve identifying enterprise opportunities for improvement in diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging by utilizing qualitative and quantitative data insights. She works closely with various teams across the organization to gain an understanding of the root causes of issues that arise and identifies effective solutions and interventions.
In addition to this, Kumari also leads the Employee Belonging Council (EBC) program, which plays a crucial role in promoting inclusion, equity, and belonging at Workday.
