Leadership Empowerment in the New World of Work:
The Power of Peer Learning
Leaders in this new era of work are tasked with providing an exceptional employee experience within a constantly changing business landscape. In order to be successful in this effort, they must be empowered through ongoing learning and development.
However, simply providing leaders with learning content is not enough. Research shows that managers and leaders must have the opportunity to both practice leadership skills and to receive real-time feedback, support, and recognition if they are to be successful in fostering a positive work experience for their team. Peer Learning is a simple but powerful approach to empowering leadership and manager development in a world where relationship building is key to business success.
