Amplifying Culture and Solving New Business Problems Through Recognition
Frequent recognition is a protective factor for productivity, retention, and advocacy, significantly impacting how an employee feels about everything from their manager to how fairly they are paid.
Over time, frequent recognition on a platform builds an active, attentive, and trusted user base that organizations can engage to amplify other HR initiatives, ranging from DEIB to learning and development and internal mobility.
