Gennie is on her path to being an "HR-Lifer". She's been with GAF since 2007 doing a little bit of everything in the HR space, but lately has found her niche in being a maestro for projects, process, and analytics. That means taking on things like managing the implementations of Achievers and Workday Recruiting, orchestrating the engagement pulse surveys, pulling together metrics that support data driven decisions, or finding the right process to convert contractors efficiently- she thrives on turning complex challenges into something more simple and hopefully making GAF a place Employees love.
