David Bator thinks and writes about how work should work. David leads Achievers Workforce Institute, a strategic practice whose focus on Research, Community and Advisory empowers global executives with tactical, practical approaches to changing how the world works. David is passionate about people, and has spent the last 20 years working closely and consultatively with HR, IT and Communications leaders to build programs that position individuals, teams and companies grow.
Anne Strickland is a Sr Director of Compensation at Workday, a cloud-based software company specializing in applications for financial management, enterprise resource planning, and human capital management. She started with Workday in 2016 and has over 15 years year of experience in the industry.
Anne’s job responsibilities involve leading Awards and Recognition at Workday where they recently launched Achievers for global employees. She also leads Compensation Operations, Analytics and Programs for the enterprise. She works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement industry-leading Total Rewards tools and programs for the enterprise.
Sandra is a strategic-thinking leader with over 25 years of experience in different functions who has designed and delivered enterprise-wide strategies and programs at global, regional, and local level. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and three professional certifications (CCP®, GRP® and WLCF®) with WorldatWork and the Certified Recognition Professional (CRP®) from Recognition International Professionals.
Sandra has been the global lead for Employee Recognition at General Motors since 2016, and has not only been responsible for the global strategy and design of the program, but also its sustainment strategy. Sandra has recently expanded her role and is now also responsible for the development and execution of a sustainable pay equity and pay transparency approach across global markets based on GM’s compensation strategy and local regulatory requirements.
With over 15 years of expertise in the compensation and rewards domain, Christine Jarvis has left an indelible mark across global banking, financial services, and health insurance sectors. Her career journey spans both domestic and international contexts, where she has crafted and executed comprehensive compensation and rewards strategies. Her dedication centers around delivering an exceptional total rewards experience. She achieves this by strengthening pay transparency, ensuring pay equity, implementing competitive compensation strategies, and fostering a sense of connection and belonging through engaging recognition programs. Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
