David is passionate about people, and has spent the last 20 years working closely and consultatively with HR, IT and Communications leaders to build programs that position individuals, teams and companies grow.
Renad Jarzynski brings over a decade of comprehensive experience in Human Resources and Employee Experience to Zurich North America Insurance. Renad was the Strategic Assistant for the LEED certified Zurich North America Headquarters effort. This included the design, development, technology and change management which drove the workplace of the future for the organization.
In her current role, she has successfully designed and implemented innovative strategies that have significantly improved employee engagement. She has also broadened her impact, serving as the project manager to drive managerial excellence at ZNA.
