Bill Hehr is a seasoned healthcare industry leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations optimize workforce strategies to improve employee engagement and operational efficiency. As Director of Healthcare Product Strategy at Workday, he collaborates with industry leaders to develop innovative approaches to workforce challenges, including burnout and retention. Bill has led numerous think tanks and workshops, sharing insights on leveraging technology, data, and strategic planning to create a more engaged and resilient workforce. With a deep understanding of workforce dynamics, he offers valuable perspectives on strategies that drive meaningful change in organizations.
For the last seven years, Anna Kammrath has evolved and strengthened recognition programs at Bon Secours Mercy Health. She and her team are dedicated to designing programs that readily engage the workforce resulting in positive, improved workforce outcomes with return to the organization. Through strategic collaboration and innovation, Anna continues to drive forward recognition among the health care workforce as a cultural cornerstone.
Faraah Hassan is a dedicated Program Manager at Seattle Children’s People & Culture department, specializing in employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. With a passion for fostering inclusive environments, Faraah develops strategies to reduce workforce turnover, enhance staff recognition, and improve overall employee satisfaction. She oversees the WAVE appreciation platform and collaborates on the Family Kudos app to boost morale. She also leads organization-wide events ensuring meaningful community engagement. Through data-driven insights and strategic collaboration, she supports leadership in creating policies that promote thriving workplace culture.
